1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Note:
Customized or personalized clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return:

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your return approval status.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or style:
Mention the desired exchange option in your return request.
Exchanges are processed after the original item has been received and verified.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer you either:
