1. Product Colors & Sizes
At Stand Star International, we strive to showcase our apparel as accurately as possible. However, please be aware:
Slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings, lighting, and fabric textures.
All size charts follow standard industry measurements.
If you require custom sizing, exact measurements, or a specific Pantone color, please share your details during ordering.
Custom Development
We also offer full custom product development. If you have a unique design, material request, or concept, send us your requirements — our expert team will manufacture it to your specifications.
2. Sampling Policy
All products are manufactured to order. For sample requests:
Sample production typically takes 15 working days.
If ready-made samples are available, they will be shipped after sample + freight charges are paid.
We share a digital sample photo for your approval before dispatch.
Samples can be shipped via your courier account, or we can arrange shipping after receiving the freight fee.
We value all inquiries — including single-sample orders.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) / Minimum Order Amount (MOA)
Our standard MOQ is 15 pieces/pairs per size per color.
Upon request, we may allow two sizes and two colors within the same MOQ.
4. Production & Delivery Timeline
Production Lead Time
Standard production time: 3–4 weeks, depending on order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch
By Air: Approximately 1 week
By Sea: 25–45 days (varies by destination)
Exact production and delivery dates will be shared at order confirmation for complete clarity.
5. Private Labeling, OEM & ODM Services
We provide complete branding solutions for apparel businesses, including:
Woven labels
Embroidery

Sublimation printing
Custom patches
Share your artwork or logo for an accurate cost estimate. Basic labeling may be offered free of charge.
6. Research & Development (R&D)
If you can’t find the product you’re looking for, send us:
A sketch
An image
A physical sample
Our R&D team will create your custom design with complete confidentiality and precision.
7. Payment Terms
To begin production, we require:
50% advance payment
50% remaining balance before shipment

For bulk orders above USD $50,000, we may accept an L/C at sight upon mutual agreement.
8. Price Validity
Due to fluctuating raw material and production costs, all price quotations are valid for 3 months. Updated pricing will be shared in advance when applicable.
